Permanent Residency Based on Family

If you have a family member who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you may be eligible to come to Australia. Migrant visas are issued for the following reasons:      

  • Partners
  • Fiancé(e)s
  • Children
  • Dependent family members

Permanent Work-Based Residency

There are various ways to get Australia PR under the worker category. The following are the different types of migrant workers:

  • Employer-Sponsored Employees When a foreign national is sponsored by an Australian employer to work in Australia.
  • Skilled Migration in General. People who are not sponsored by Australian employers yet have a talent that is appreciated in Australia.
  • Physicians and nurses. Doctors and nurses can apply for permanent residency on a case-by-case basis.
